Line 1 - Bringing down divine energy to purify the mind ("Hara hara gurudeva") * Walk in circle (counterclockwise) * Begin with the hands above the head, palms together * Bring the hands down to the forehead, palms still together * Touch the thumbs to the forehead * Sweep the hands out to the sides and down Line 2 - Bringing down divine energy to purify the heart ("Hara hara gurudeva") * Continue walking in circle, hands again at beginning position * Bring the hands down to the heart, palms still together * Touch the thumbs to the heart * Sweep the hands out to sides and down Line 3 - Acknowledging and honoring the Divine Oneness ("Parabrahma parameshvara") * Continue walking in circle * Hands begin down at the sides * Sweep the hands out, palms facing up, and up to meet above the head * Sweep the hands back out and down Line 4 - Reaching into our own center to touch the Divine Oneness that dwells within, and bringing it out into our outer lives ("Parabrahma parameshvara") * Turn toward the center and take four steps in; palms together, move the hands up in front to point straight up * Take four steps backwards; hands come back down then separate and move out to the sides, palms upward Repeat movements until music ends Music Source: Album Title: Hara Hara by On Wings of Song We are currently looking for an alternate music source for this dance as Hara Hara seems to be no longer available.
